Freesbe

A shared business number, inside the team chat.

OpenPhone, now called Quo, is a business phone app from $15 per user a month billed yearly, with phone menus, ring groups and CRM integrations on its $23 Business plan. Freesbe's phone system is an add-on to a workspace with chat, meetings and a customer inbox, with menus, voicemail you can read, texts as threads and click-to-call from four CRMs.

  • Answer calls and texts to a shared number as a team, in the channel where you already talk.
  • Get menus, ring groups, transfers and call notes with the add-on, not a bigger plan.
  • Click to call from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM.
  • Keep the chat free for up to 10 people, and add the phone when you're ready.

For Startups and small businesses that run on a couple of shared numbers and want chat and phone in one app.

The call lands where the team already is

Each person gets a number and a dialpad in the app they chat in. A call rings the computer and the phone, can be transferred to a colleague, an extension or a queue, merged into a three-way call, and recorded. Voicemail is written out in the app, and the call's transcript and notes are a click away.

Texts as threads the whole team can see

Put a Freesbe number in the customer inbox and texts to it land in a channel, one thread per customer. Anyone on the team answers, hands the thread to a colleague or leaves an internal note the customer never sees. A customer who texts STOP is unsubscribed and the thread says so.

Click-to-call from your CRM, and a call-us link for customers

A phone number in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM becomes a call in Freesbe with one click. A call-us link on your site or in a signature starts a call from the customer's browser, and the call log shows who answered and how long it took.

Questions

Is OpenPhone the same as Quo?
Yes. OpenPhone's pricing page now carries the name Quo (formerly OpenPhone); this page compares the product under either name.
Can I move from OpenPhone?
Your numbers can be ported to Freesbe from the Admin Center. Messages, call history and contacts don't import.
Can several people share one number?
Yes. A number can ring up to 20 people at once, a ring group or a call queue, and its texts land in a shared inbox channel where anyone on the team answers.
What does the phone cost on Freesbe?
Phone system add-on, $8 per person a month, billed yearly ($10 month to month), on any paid plan, on top of $4 per person a month (Business). It includes 1,000 minutes and 200 texts per person a month, pooled across the workspace. The add-on isn't on sale yet; talk to us to be first.
