The regions come in two groups: those guaranteed to stay in the region, the European Union and the United States, and those stored close to your team, Asia-Pacific and Oceania, where data is placed in that part of the world but can be stored elsewhere when needed.

Your account, with your name, sign-in details and the list of your workspaces, is kept in one place so you can be in workspaces in different regions. Live call audio and video travel through the nearest server and are never stored there; the recording is stored in your region. Text sent for a summary or notes goes to the AI provider, and audio to the speech-to-text provider; neither keeps it, and admins can turn both off. Nothing is stored on the way to your region.
