Freesbe

Support without a help desk, for the team that's also the company.

Zendesk is a help desk priced per agent, from $19 a month for email tickets to $55 for the Suite with chat and social messaging. Freesbe's customer inbox is a channel: web chat, support email, WhatsApp and Telegram as threads, with hand-off, saved replies and AI suggested answers, on every plan. Zendesk keeps the tickets, SLAs and help center.

  • Answer web chat, email, texts and WhatsApp where the team already talks, with no agent seats.
  • Hand a conversation to a colleague and keep internal notes beside it.
  • Reply with a saved answer or the one AI drafts from the conversation.
  • Keep Zendesk if you need tickets: its ticket cards post into a Freesbe channel.

For Companies under 50 people where support is everyone's job, not a department.

A customer conversation as a thread in #support

Every customer gets a thread in a channel

A chat bubble on your website, your support address, texts to your Freesbe numbers, WhatsApp and Telegram each land as threads in a channel like #support. The team reads them where it already reads everything else. Hand a conversation to a colleague, keep internal notes the customer never sees, and read the whole history in the Admin Center's log.

Saved replies and the one AI suggests

Keep the answers you give again and again as saved replies, one click away. Suggest a reply drafts an answer from the conversation and your saved replies; read it, change it, send it. Summaries, translation and writing help work in the inbox threads like anywhere else, on every plan, with a monthly allowance.

Web chat in minutes, email the same afternoon

Add web chat in Workspace settings, paste one line into your site, and visitors talk to the team from a bubble. Keep the support address customers know: Freesbe gives you an address to forward it to, and replies go out from yours. The phone system add-on puts texts in the same channel.

Where Zendesk is the better fit

Zendesk has tickets with statuses and SLAs, a help center in 40+ languages, AI agents that resolve conversations on their own, an IVR and a contact center, and reporting built for a support department. A team with dedicated agents, queues of tickets and targets to hit belongs on Zendesk, and Freesbe's Zendesk integration posts its tickets into a channel so the rest of the company sees them.

Questions

Does Freesbe have tickets?
No. Each customer conversation is a thread in a channel, with hand-off, internal notes and a log in the Admin Center. If you need statuses, SLAs and a help center, keep Zendesk and post its ticket cards into a Freesbe channel.
Can I move from Zendesk?
Freesbe doesn't import Zendesk tickets. Point your support address at the Freesbe inbox, add the web chat to your site, and let open tickets finish in Zendesk; its integration posts them into a channel while you do.
What does the inbox cost?
Nothing on top of the workspace: Free for up to 10 people, with 90 days of message history; $4 per person a month (Business), billed yearly; $5 month to month. WhatsApp needs Business, Corporate and Enterprise, and texts need the Phone system add-on.
Does Freesbe do WhatsApp?
Yes, on Business, Corporate and Enterprise: messages to your WhatsApp Business number land as threads, replies go back on WhatsApp, and approved templates let you write first.
